Grilled pork tenderloin with ginger, peach and sweet cherry relish and grilled bok choy. The chef definitely let the tenderloin take stage. Cooked brilliantly, the pork held it’s juiciness and tenderness, providing the best texture of meat I’ve ever had.
All natural, house brined chicken with lemon risotto and thyme jus. Although this dish looks minimal it had maximum flavor with savory moist chicken and mildly aromatic jus, the dish brought it home with just one bite.
Seared Alaskan halibut with sweet pea and basil. Nice and crisp on top, soft and moist inside. I found it hard not to devour it all in one bite. But savoring every bite was much more enjoyable and memorable.
